Health and Product Q & A – Feb 2009

February 2009

I really enjoy the correspondence and questions I receive from my clients. I get some very poignant requests as to how you can improve your health. Often times these questions come after years of trying to discover the basis of your poor health only to be told by your health care providers that there is nothing wrong with you. It also occurred to me that for all the questions I receive; I’ll bet there are many of you who haven’t asked the right person or the right question.

The following are just a few common questions, but there is so much more helpful practical information available to you, so please know that I am willing to answer your personal queries. I will do so for as long as I can.

1)    What can I do to improve my general health?

I highly recommend improving your diet by eliminating white flour and sugar and increasing fruit/veggie, fiber and water. I also advocate an herbal tincture I developed to support the immune system; it is calledEndocrine Strengthener”. My clientele report fewer colds, more energy and over all feeling of well-being when taking Endocrine Strengthener. It is also the tincture that cured my autoimmune disorder-Alopecia Totalis [no hair on head nor eyebrows or eyelashes]. In the 14 years since my AT went into remission, many of my clients have had similar results using Endocrine Strengthener with a wide variety of autoimmune disorders.

2)    What is an autoimmune disorder?

An autoimmune disorder is a condition in which the immune system becomes misguided and attacks healthy tissue in our bodies as though they were an invading virus or bacteria. They can range from annoying conditions like Alopecia Areata [patchy or total baldness] or life threatening diseases such as Crohn’s disease in which the immune system attacks intestinal tissue. We don’t know why this happens but I believe it happens as the result of toxicity in the body.

3)    How about high cholesterol?

Refer to question 1) Plus add my tincture “Blood Purifier” to your daily regime. I created it to treat high cholesterol and high blood sugar as I feel they are closely related in causing arterial disease. It is made with black walnut leaves to oxygenate the blood and fenugreek seed which helps regulate diabetes, plus 5 other herbs that have positive effects on High blood pressure, obesity, digestion as well as pulmonary health.

4)    I often get urinary tract infections but I like to avoid antibiotics. What else can I do?

I can appreciate your concern for the superfluous use of antibiotics; there is a holistic treatment for UTI’s. I formulated an herbal tincture called “Hepa-Health” for a family member who came down with pancreatitis and a client who reported she was diagnosed with Hepatitis C. I created it to treat the liver; spleen; kidney and pancreas. As an aside, it works as well if not better than antibiotics for a UTI. It is a gentle a treatment with many positive side effects. It also reduces the danger of candida overgrowth which stems from the overuse of antibiotics.

5)    What is a candida overgrowth?

Candida is a yeast-like bacteria that is normally present in our intestinal flora along with friendlier bacteria that help us digest. One course of antibiotics; birth control pills or x-rays can alter this balance, killing off the friendly bacteria which are not as virulent as the candida. When this occurs the candida takes over and becomes a condition known as candida overgrowth. In this state the candida, a single cell organism, becomes much like a parasite. It lives off the carbohydrates you consume and excretes its waste into your body causing a toxic environment responsible for a number of maladies such as, headaches, fatigue, nausea, hyper-sensitivity to odors and mental fog. It is also thought to be responsible for fibromyalgia, Epstein-Barr and autoimmune disorders.

6)    That sounds like me. What can I do?

I developed a highly effective program called Candida Recommendations. You can find it on my website on the “Candida” page.

I’m here if you have any questions. I wish you the best life has to offer.
