How long will it take before I see results for Alopecia using Endocrine Strengthener?

Some people show results in the first month but I suggest taking it for at least three months to give it a chance to work. Children seem to recover quicker than adults do and women generally recover quicker than men. Also you should consider the degree of alopecia you have and adjust the time accordingly.

If you have Alopecia Areata [patchy balding] give it at least 3 months

If you have Alopecia Totalis [no hair, eyebrows or eyelashes] give it at least 5 months. If you have Alopecia Universalis [no hair anywhere on the body] give it at least 6 months.

You should start to see hair growing after this time. You will probably notice that you have more energy, fewer colds and generally just feel better.

Please keep in touch with me and let me know how you are feeling; though some cases can be stubborn; there are things we can do to tweak your recovery.

This really works therefore I ask that you give it time; though some have reported seeing growth in the first month, it can take longer to see results. Try to be patient; one gentleman took 6 months before hair started showing but he had the most sever form, alopecia universalis [total loss of all hair on the body].

When the hair first comes in it is light and wispy but as it grows it turns back to its natural thickness and color.

You should continue to take Endocrine Strengthener if you see re-growth. Remember that it is not just growing hair but it is restoring your compromised immune system. This takes time.

How long will a 4 oz. bottle of tincture last?

A bottle of tincture will last approximately one month.

The shelf life of a tincture is 10 years if kept in a dark place that not exposed to heat. It will not go bad, but it can loose potency if it is stored incorrectly for long periods of time. It should be stored in a cool dark place if you plan to keep it for any length of time. In the refrigerator it will keep almost indefinitely. Keep in mind that an herbal tincture’s worst enemies are light and heat. I use brown bottles to protect it from light. With that in mind; I would not keep them on a window sill where it can be exposed to direct sun light or in a cabinet over a stove.

If you plan on taking it daily the bottle will only last approximately a month (depending on your weight) and storing is not an issue. It might be a good idea to keep it in view; the visual queue will help you remember your doses.

What can I do to improve my general health?

I highly recommend improving your diet by eliminating white flour and sugar and increasing fruit/veggie, fiber and water. I also advocate an herbal tincture I developed to support the immune system; it is called Endocrine Strengthener”. My clientele report fewer colds, more energy and over all feeling of well-being when taking Endocrine Strengthener. It is also the tincture that cured my autoimmune disorder-Alopecia Totalis (no hair on head nor eyebrows or eyelashes). In the 25  years since my AT went into remission, many of my clients have had similar results using Endocrine Strengthener with a wide variety of autoimmune disorders.

What is an autoimmune disorder?

An autoimmune disorder is a condition in which the immune system becomes misguided and attacks healthy tissue in our bodies as though they were an invading pathogen. Autoimmune disorders can range from annoying conditions like Alopecia Areata (patchy or total baldness) or life threatening diseases such as Crohn’s disease in which the immune system attacks intestinal tissue. We don’t know why this happens but I believe it happens as the result of toxicity in the body.

How can I treat my high cholesterol?

Again, eliminate white flour and sugar and increase fruit/veggie, fiber and water. Plus add my tincture “Blood Purifier” to your daily regime. I created it to treat high cholesterol and high blood sugar as I feel they are closely related in causing arterial disease. Blood Purifier is made with black walnut leaves to oxygenate the blood and fenugreek seed which helps regulate diabetes, plus 5 other herbs that have positive effects on High blood pressure, obesity, digestion as well as pulmonary health.

I often get urinary tract infections but I like to avoid antibiotics. What else can I do?

I can appreciate your concern for the superfluous use of antibiotics; there is a holistic treatment for UTI’s. I formulated an herbal tincture called “Hepa-Health” for a family member who came down with pancreatitis and a client who reported she was diagnosed with Hepatitis C. I created it to treat the liver; spleen; kidney and pancreas. As an aside, it works as well if not better than antibiotics for a UTI. It is a gentle a treatment with many positive side effects. It also reduces the danger of candida overgrowth which stems from the overuse of antibiotics

What is a candida overgrowth?

Candida is a yeast-like bacteria that is normally present in our intestinal flora along with friendlier bacteria that help us digest. The purpose of candida is to clean up the sugar present in your intestines, that was missed by the insulin in your blood. One course of antibiotics; birth control pills or x-rays can alter this balance, killing off the friendly bacteria which are not as virulent as the candida. When this occurs the candida takes over and becomes a condition known as “candida overgrowth”. In this state the candida, a single cell organism, becomes much like a parasite. It lives off the carbohydrates you consume and excretes its waste into your body causing a toxic environment responsible for a number of maladies such as, headaches, fatigue, nausea, hyper-sensitivity to odors and mental fog. It is also thought to be responsible for fibromyalgia, Epstein-Barr and autoimmune disorders.

Please see the “Candida” page on this website.

I just ordered your tincture and I don’t really care for the taste. Is it ok to mix it with something to make it easier to take?

The short answer is Yes.

To help with the taste, I have a few suggestions. Try it in cranberry or apple juice, even iced tea works well. If you are on a low carb diet, you can mix herbal tinctures with any of the sugar free drinks you prefer.

There is a trick to get young children to take an herbal tincture. In a small glass such as a shot glass, fill ¼-½ full with maraschino cherry syrup; add the tincture dose. Put a cherry in the glass and have your child drink the liquid and then eat the cherry.

The cherry is simply a treat that makes tincture dosing more pleasant for children. Most children will look forward to this treat.

I have had many clients start out the same way you feel and once they get used to the herbal taste it is no problem at all for them and most grow to enjoy the flavor.

If the Cherry Method fails….here are some suggestions:

Maple Syrup, Mashed Bananas or Strawberries, Apple Sauce, Honey, Butterscotch Syrup, Chocolate Syrup, Favorite drinks, juices or Kool-Aid.

The artificial syrups are obviously not as desirable as an organic syrup, honey or juice, but if your child has a palette for artificial flavors and sweet things, an herbal tincture will be very foreign to his taste buds. So for now we will get him to take it however he will accept it.

It’s always best to have a treat like a banana, strawberry or blueberries ready right away after he takes his dose.
